[No QA] Reduce string unions in Route type

Explanation of Change

This PR aims to reduce significantly the amount of string unions in the Route type, preventing TS failures when it reaches a critical point (between 1000 and 1500 unions). It was fixed in the past but the problem resurfaced again here, so this PR applies more fixes (using the same method I did in the first PR + simplifying getUrlWithBackToParam function) in the file.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

@mountiny PR is "ready" at this point, I was just testing a suggestion Vicky made to me about the string | number types of the accountID cases. We could simplify there to leave only number as account IDs are supposed to be numbers, but that change require me to fix a few files that will need some testing. Do you have urgency in this PR? If yes I will just open it and we can review and merge it.
