Updated GameVersion in Rotation annotation from "7.05" to "7.1". Reordered ability checks in AttackAbility method: - Moved SilentNocturnePvP after EncoreOfLightPvP and HarmonicArrowPvP_41964. - Added EncoreOfLightPvP with skipAoeCheck set to true. Added a check for HarmonicArrowPvP_41964 before BlastArrowPvP.
