Creature Options Page - 0.0.5

Adjusted the creature page:
-Health and Hits now work like the other actor pages
-Creature 'Options' on the creature page title bar. Provides a method for applying the various stats seen across Creatures/Npcs/Mercs/other.

Other Changes:
-Cargo and Gear now has a 'value' option
