Dashboard new design: small refinements

This issue collects some small things that have been noticed with new card design, dashboard, etc...

Hovering on sharing at the bottom of the page is trimmed

Tutorials tab, it seems that the user is selecting something

See animation above: there's a small hidden circle partially hidden by the big one with the three dots. The small circle normally appears when a user is selecting something

Keys and locks on study cards

Maybe we can optimize the size a bit more. In my opinion, at the moment they're too small.

Click to select project is a bit broken

If you click for a few seconds on a study card, the card gets selected. However, no selection is visible until you click on Select Projects (see animation below). Thanks @cosfor1 for showing this.

Remove "Dashboard" text when it is not actionable

Make if clear what happens when project is locked.

Not sure what we can do here. This is the feedback from NK on marker.io.
