I heard it was discussed at a Tech call and it was agreed that yes, we should stop pointing to the base box by default.
What does this Pull Request do?
Deprecate islandora/8 base box.
What's new?
Default behaviour has changed since #201; this documents it.
I added some "is deprecated" language, I hope that is agreeable to all, and if you would prefer other language let me know.
How should this be tested?
It's pure documentation, so if it describes the situation accurately to someone unfamiliar with the system then it should be good!
