thanks to @whenthelight for pointing out some path bugs (#581 (comment))
make periodic attribute retrieval a local call (instead of routing through MQTT server)
also fixed necessity of preg_replacing brackets (`( ) [ ]`) for enableresume and disableresume (see change in func.php (urlencoding GET parameters in HREF links))
MQTT: 3 new commands and immediate update after command
Bugfix for ampersands "&" in folder names
