The ssl_context keyword was introduced by jpadilla/pyjwt#891 in pyjwt 2.8.0, but we require pyjwt 2.6.0:

We also require ggshield which requires an outdated version of pyjwt>=2.6.0,<2.7.0, so pyjwt>=2.8.0 cannot be installed unless we disable ggshield.
