Hide discussions that were deleted/don't exist

On the main forum page, I see a discussion, but when I go to it, it 404s

Very strongly related to #126... Also until we get a place (popup perhaps like Delete Script) to enter the "Reason" for removals I'd rather see these (which is why I created the script issue in the first place before script deletion... turning an issue into a short term asset while pointing out that it's still around. :)... flagging does finally work for me which is better than bookmarking possible trouble accounts... closing as duplicate. Thanks though.

This issue is really about the unfinished discussion software. When a
script is removed all issues should be removed as well. Cascading removal
has yet to be modified to include discussions and comments.
