Description

As a developer I need to upgrade the PF4 packages towards the breaking changes in order to stay aligned with the platform.

Acceptance Criteria

  • CI-beta/CI branch for apps updated by 2020-7-6
    • Update related Platform Jira issues, x2
  • Prod-beta/Stage branch updated by 2020-7-13
    • Update related Platform Jira issues, x2
  • CI-stable/QA branch updated by 2020-7-20
    • Update related Platform Jira issues, x2
  • Prod-stable/Master branch updated updated by 2020-7-30
    • Update related Platform Jira issues, x2

Assumptions and Questions

  • confirm pf4 breaking updates
  • estimated platform pf4 updates on CI-beta by 2020-6-11
    • CI-stable updated by 2020-7-20
    • Prod-beta updated by 2020-7-13
    • Prod-stable updated by 2020-7-30
  • The below process is based on the remaining requested platform environment syncs and still allows Curiosity to follow its normal release cadence after 7/13/2020
    1. CI -> Stage (CI/QA-beta to Prod-beta), by 7/13/2020
    2. CI -> QA -> Stage (CI/QA-beta to CI/QA-stable to Prod-beta), this meets the 7/20/2020 requirement by still following our normal release cycle/process
    3. Stage -> Master (Prod-beta to Prod-stable), this meets the 7/30/2020 requirement by still following our normal release cycle/process

As of 20200730 the final PF4 updates have moved to prod-stable, see #353
