MongoDB 3.4 is unavailable for Stretch. Tested by RocketChat, according to documentation, is version 4.0.9 on Stretch.
Package names of MongoDB are different by official repo. Old names does use packages provided by debian repo.
Added MongoDB Key for 4.0 Repository
Fixed MongoD service name
Removed default nginx page
Update upstream
Debian Jessie seems not to work anymore, but stretch and buster does work. Modified README.md and meta/main.yml to reflect this.
Moved dependency installation before mongodb installation

need #106 and #107 to be working correctly. Otherwise Installation will fail (for all systems) or Debian 10 Test can't be created.
