❓ SC or FD - which edition should I get?

💬 It totally depends on you.

✈️ SC Edition - Pros (✔️) & Cons (❌):

• ✔️ Standalone - no requirements
• ✔️ Futureproof
• ❌ Slower initial startup (the application takes a bit more time to start)
• ❌ Archive contains more files, so it might be confusing for users with lesser knowledge

🛩️ FD Edition - Pros (✔️) & Cons (❌):

• ❌ Requires .NET 8
• ✔️ Very light on network and storage resources
• ✔️ Archive contains only 2 files
• ✔️ Faster startup

In a nutshell, there's no wrong edition, as the tool's functionality is identical. Pick whichever suits you better.

❓ I've generated the BodyGen files but cannot patch (update) them?

💬 You likely didn't load the default body preset XML. Load it using the Load target body XML button, as explained in the guide.

Alternatively, if you've loaded the default body preset XML and still can't patch the files, it could be possible that you've found a bug. I kindly ask you to visit 🐞 Reporting Bugs and Issues page and read how to provide a valid bug report.
