SCTK's aim was never to provide fancy decorations implementing the
Framestrait, and notably handling text rendering in the titlebar is much of a hassle for little gain.This commit replaces the currently provided
ConceptFramewith a much more minimalistFallbackFrame, dropping dependencies onandrewandservo-fontconfigin the process.Users of SCTK that want fancier decorations are invited to implement the
Frametrait themselves.
