A little cleanup

There were a few units that were missing pixel art, and a few vestiges of the Curse of Undeath in the code - that is, a few units and buildings that tried to compel you to build an Infection or otherwise install the Curse. (RIP the Curse). Those are removed, and the Undead are neater and prettier than ever.
