Reasonably simple update to a new version of esniper. This version works with today's ebay.

I've tested this, and am using it.

Not quite sure I got the packaging bits correct.

Thanks! Other than having to remove PKGREVISION (it gets reset once you update the main version) it looks good. I've committed this to upstream pkgsrc and it will be in the 2015Q1 release.

fix the missing dependency with Python 2 (:mod:`singledispatch` is required
   but not installed).

Bugs fixed
----------

- Extracting configuration information from should now work when R is emitting a warning (issue #247)

- On OS X the library discovery step can yield nothing (see issue #246). A tentative fix is to issue
  a warning and keep moving.

This can be activated with `rinterface.initr(r_preservehash=True)` (default
  is `False`.

- :class:`GGPlot` object getting a method :meth:`save`
  mirroring R's `ggplot2::ggsave()`.

- The conversion system is now using generics/single dispatch.

- New module :mod:`rpy2.ipython.html` with HTML display for rpy2 objects

- [Experimental] New function :func:`robjects.methods.rs4instance_factory`
to type RS4 objects with more specificity.

Changes
-------

- The script `setup.py` was rewritten for clarity and ease of maintenance.
  Now it only uses `setuptools`.

Release 2.4.4
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Use `input` rather than `raw_input` in the default console callback
with Python 3 (fixes issue #222)

- Issues with conversions, pandas, and rmagic (fixes issue #218 and more)

Release 2.4.3

the conversion for Pandas was activated. (Issue #207)

Release 2.4.1
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- :meth:`rpy2.ipython` fixed spurious output to notebook cells.

Release 2.4.0
=============

Changes
-------

- Conversion system slightly changed, with the optional
conversions for :mod:`numpy` and :mod:`pandas` modified
accordingly. The changes should only matter if using
  third-party conversion functions.

- The Python 3 version is now a first class citizen. `2to3`
is no longer used, and the code base is made directly
compatible with Python. This lowers significantly the
  installation time with Python 3
  (which matters when developping rpy2).

- The default options to initialize R (`rpy2.rinterface.initoptions') are no longer
`('rpy2', '--quiet', '--vanilla', '--no-save')` but now
  `('rpy2', '--quiet', '--no-save')`.

- :class:`robjects.vectors.ListVector` can be instanciated from
any objects with a method `items()` with the expectation that the method
returns an iterable of (name, value) tuples, or even be an iterable
  of (name, value) tuples.

New features
------------

- For instances of :class:`rpy2.robjects.Function`,
the `__doc__` is now a property fetching information
about the parameters in the R signature.

- Convenience function :func:`rpy2.robjects.packages.data`
to extract the datasets in an R pacakges

- :mod:`ipython`'s `rmagic` is now part of :mod:`rpy`. To use, `%load_ext
  rpy2.ipython` from within IPython.

- new method :meth:`rpy2.rinterface.SexpEnvironment.keys`, returnings
the names in the environment as a tuple of Python strings.

- convenience class :class:`robjects.packages.InstalledPackages`, with a companion function
  :func:`robjects.packages.isinstalled`.

- new class :class:`rinterface.SexpSymbol` to represent R symbols

Bugs fixed
----------

- :meth:`rpy2.rinterface.Sexp.do_slot` was crashing when
the parameter was an empty string (PR #155)

Release 2.3.10
==============

Bugs fixed
----------

- `setup.py build` was broken when new R compiled with OpenMP (Issue #183)

Release 2.3.9
=============

- Changes in pandas 0.13.0 broke the rpy2 conversion layer (Issue #173)

Release 2.3.8
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Crash with R-3.0.2. Changes in R-3.0.2's C API coupled to a strange behaviour
with R promises caused the problem. (PR #150)

Release 2.3.7
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- ggplot2's "guides" were missing

- ggplot2's "theme_classic" was missing (PR #143)

- ggplot2's "element_rect" was missing (PR #144)

- :func:`rpy2.interactive.packages` was broken (PR #142)

Release 2.3.6
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Several reports of segfault on OS X (since rpy2-2.3.1 - PR #109)

- More fixes in converting `DataFrames` with dates from `pandas`

Relase 2.3.5
============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Missing mapping to ggplot2's `scale_shape_discrete` function

- Better handling of dates in Pandas

- Constructor for POSIXct improved (and fixed)

Changes
-------

- The attribute :attr:`rclass` is no longer read-only and can be set
  (since R allows it)

- Importing the module :mod:`rpy2.interactive` no longer activates
event processing by default (triggering concurrency errors
  when used with ipython).

New features
------------

- New module :mod:`rpy2.interactive.ipython` (so far plotting
automatically a ggplot2 figure in the iPython's console)

- It is now possible to set the :attr:`rclass`.

Relase 2.3.4
============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Spurious error when running unit tests with Python 3 and numpy
  installed

- Missing mapping to ggplot2's `geom_dotplot` function

- Warnings are not longer printed (see Changes below)

Changes
-------

- Bumped target version of ggplot2 to 0.9.3.1

- Warnings are not longer printed. The C-level function in R became
hidden in R-3.0, and the cost of an R-level check/print is relatively
high if the R code called is very short. This might evolve into
printing warnings only if interactive mode in Python (if this can
  be checked reliably).

Release 2.3.3
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- Some of the data.frames converted from :mod:`pandas` were triggering
  a :class:`TypeError` when calling :func:`repr`

- In :mod:`rpy2.robjects.lib.ggplot2`, a mapping to `coord_fixed` was
  missing (PR #120)

- Using the parameter `lib_loc` in a call to
:func:`rpy2.robjects.packages.importr` was resulting in an error (PR #119)

- Creating a `layer` through the `rpy2.robjects.lib.ggplot2` interface did
  not accept parameters (PR #122)

- Testing the Python version was crashing of a number of unsupported Python
  versions (<= 2.6) (PR #117)

New features
------------

- New module pandas2ri to convert from mod:`pandas` `DataFrame` objects

- New classes :class:`rpy2.robjects.lib.grid.Unit` and
:class:`rpy2.robjects.lib.grid.Gpar` to model their counterparts in
R's `grid` package as they were previously missing from rpy2.

Release 2.3.2
=============

Bug fixed
---------

- Building on Win64 (pull request #6)

- Fetching data from an R package through `importr` was masking
any R object called `data` in that package. The data are now
under the attribute name `__rdata__`. This is not completely
safe either, although much less likely, a warning will
be issued if still masking anything.

Changes
-------

- More informative error message when failing to build because `R CMD config`
does not return what is expected

Release 2.3.1
=============

Bugs fixed
----------

- default console print callback with Python (issue #112 linked to it)

- deprecation warnings with ggplot2 (issue #111 and contributed patch)

       Log Message:
Update ZoneMinder from 1.25.0 to 1.28.1.

       Numerous changes, documented at:
        https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinder/releases

       Addresses two security advisories:

         https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinder/releases/tag/v1.28.0
         http://secunia.com/advisories/62918/

       Pkgsrc changes:

patch-src_zm_signal_h is no longer necessary because zm_signal.h uses
       HAVE_EXECINFO_H.

patch-src_zmf_cpp appears to be applied upstream.

patch-configure_ac no longer needs to set PATH_BUILD to
PREFIX/share/zoneminder, so that zmupdate.pl can locate the database build
scripts as installed files. Upstream has now implemented this via the
       ZM_PATH_DATA entry in zm.conf, and adds a ZM_PATH_DATA/db subdirectory.

src/Makefile.am no longer setuid's zmfix, as zmfix was removed from
       ZoneMinder 1.26.6.

The code now uses clock_gettime(), which on some systems (like Linux), calls
for -lrt. Since the build system isn't aware of this, but Pkgsrc is, just set
       PTHREAD_AUTO_VARS=yes.

The PHP code now uses PDO for DB access, but it looks like there are some
straggling dependencies on the raw MySQL driver, so both are pulled in.

       Log Message:
Fix paths in two missed installed scripts.

The intention of zmsystemctl.pl is to use bin/pkexec to allow the apache user
to start and stop the ZoneMinder services on operating systems using systemd
and newer versions of Polkit than Pkgsrc currently has.

If the base OS doesn't use systemd (E.g. anything not Linux), this file
       shouldn't be used anyway.

In Pkgsrc we ignore the potentially absent pkexec interpreter in this file.
If the base OS uses systemd, it probably also has pkexec in its base
       installation.

       Bump PKGREVISION.

       NTP 4.2.8p2 (Harlan Stenn <[email protected]>, 2015/04/xx)

Focus: Security and Bug fixes, enhancements.

       Severity: MEDIUM

In addition to bug fixes and enhancements, this release fixes the
following medium-severity vulnerabilities involving private key
       authentication:

       * [Sec 2779] ntpd accepts unauthenticated packets with symmetric key crypto.

           References: Sec 2779 / CVE-2015-1798 / VU#374268
Affects: All NTP4 releases starting with ntp-4.2.5p99 up to but not
including ntp-4.2.8p2 where the installation uses symmetric keys
       	to authenticate remote associations.
           CVSS: (AV:A/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P) Base Score: 5.4
           Date Resolved: Stable (4.2.8p2) 07 Apr 2015
Summary: When ntpd is configured to use a symmetric key to authenticate
a remote NTP server/peer, it checks if the NTP message
authentication code (MAC) in received packets is valid, but not if
there actually is any MAC included. Packets without a MAC are
accepted as if they had a valid MAC. This allows a MITM attacker to
send false packets that are accepted by the client/peer without
having to know the symmetric key. The attacker needs to know the
transmit timestamp of the client to match it in the forged reply
and the false reply needs to reach the client before the genuine
reply from the server. The attacker doesn't necessarily need to be
relaying the packets between the client and the server.

Authentication using autokey doesn't have this problem as there is
a check that requires the key ID to be larger than NTP_MAXKEY,
which fails for packets without a MAC.
           Mitigation:
Upgrade to 4.2.8p2, or later, from the NTP Project Download Page
or the NTP Public Services Project Download Page
Configure ntpd with enough time sources and monitor it properly.
Credit: This issue was discovered by Miroslav Lichvar, of Red Hat.

       * [Sec 2781] Authentication doesn't protect symmetric associations against
         DoS attacks.

           References: Sec 2781 / CVE-2015-1799 / VU#374268
Affects: All NTP releases starting with at least xntp3.3wy up to but
not including ntp-4.2.8p2 where the installation uses symmetric
       	key authentication.
           CVSS: (AV:A/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P) Base Score: 5.4
Note: the CVSS base Score for this issue could be 4.3 or lower, and
it could be higher than 5.4.
           Date Resolved: Stable (4.2.8p2) 07 Apr 2015
Summary: An attacker knowing that NTP hosts A and B are peering with
each other (symmetric association) can send a packet to host A
with source address of B which will set the NTP state variables
on A to the values sent by the attacker. Host A will then send
on its next poll to B a packet with originate timestamp that
doesn't match the transmit timestamp of B and the packet will
be dropped. If the attacker does this periodically for both
hosts, they won't be able to synchronize to each other. This is
a known denial-of-service attack, described at
       	https://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/onwire.html .

According to the document the NTP authentication is supposed to
protect symmetric associations against this attack, but that
doesn't seem to be the case. The state variables are updated even
when authentication fails and the peers are sending packets with
originate timestamps that don't match the transmit timestamps on
       	the receiving side.

This seems to be a very old problem, dating back to at least
       	xntp3.3wy. It's also in the NTPv3 (RFC 1305) and NTPv4 (RFC 5905)
specifications, so other NTP implementations with support for
symmetric associations and authentication may be vulnerable too.
An update to the NTP RFC to correct this error is in-process.
           Mitigation:
Upgrade to 4.2.8p2, or later, from the NTP Project Download Page
or the NTP Public Services Project Download Page
Note that for users of autokey, this specific style of MITM attack
is simply a long-known potential problem.
Configure ntpd with appropriate time sources and monitor ntpd.
Alert your staff if problems are detected.
Credit: This issue was discovered by Miroslav Lichvar, of Red Hat.

       * New script: update-leap
The update-leap script will verify and if necessary, update the
       leap-second definition file.
It requires the following commands in order to work:

       	wget logger tr sed shasum

Some may choose to run this from cron. It needs more portability testing.

    - interpret failing function calls in ifvarclass as class not set
     - remove unexpanded lists when extending lists
    - infer start-time of a process from elapsed when needed
     - fix input range definition for laterthan() function
    - don't add trailing delimiter when join()'ing lists ending with a
      null-value
    - 9999999999 (ten 9s) or higher has been historically used as an upper
bound in CFEngine code and policy but because of overflow on 32-bit
platforms it caused problems with big numbers. Fixed in two ways:
first change all existing policy uses to 999999999 (nine 9s instead
of eleven 9s), second fix the C code to not wrap-around in case of
overflow, but use the LONG_MAX value
    - cf-serverd and other daemons no longer reload their configuration
every minute if CFEngine is built with an inputs directory outside
of the work directory (not the default).

    3.6.1

    New features:
    - Introduced Solaris and AIX support into the 3.6 series, with many associated
      build and bug fixes.

    Changes:
    - Short-circuit evaluation of classes promises if class is already set
     - fix to assume all non-specified return codes are failed in commands
      promises
    - cf-serverd logs reconfiguration message to NOTICE (was INFO) so that it's
      always logged in syslog

    Bug fixes:
    - File monitoring has been completely rewritten (changes attribute in files
promise), which eliminates many bugs, particularly regarding files that
are deleted. Upgrading will keep all monitoring data, but downgrading again
will reinitialize the DB, so all files will be reported as if they were new.
     - $(this.promiser) expands in files promises for 'transformer',
      'edit_template', 'copy_from.source', 'file_select.exec_program', 'classes'
      and 'action' bodies
    - 'body changes' notifies about disappeared files in file monitoring
    - Set not-kept classes when files or commands promise should be repaired,
      but is warn-only
    - Fixed CFEngine template producing a zero-sized file
    - Add 0-9 A-Z _ to allowed context of module protocol
    - Extend ps command column width on Solaris and filter on zone
rather than adding it to the ps output.
    - Fixed strftime() function on Solaris when called with certain specifiers.
    - Fixed users promise bug regarding password hashes in a NIS/NSS setup.
    - Fixed $(sys.uptime), $(sys.systime) and $(sys.sysday) in AIX.
      #5148, #5206)
    - Fixed processes_select complaining about "Unacceptable model uncertainty
      examining processes"
    - ps command for linux has been changed to cope with big rss values
    - Address ps -axo shift on FreeBSD 10 and later
    - methods and services promises respect action_policy => "warn"
     - LMDB should no longer deadlock if an agent is killed on the hub while
holding the DB lock. Note that the change only affects binary packages
shipped by CFEngine, since the upstream LMDB project has not yet integrated
      the change.

    3.6.0

    Changes:
    - Changes to logging output
        - add process name and pid in syslog message (GitHub #789)
        - cf-serverd logging levels are now more standardised:
              - INFO logs only failures
              - VERBOSE logs successful requests as well
              - DEBUG logs actual protocol traffic.
        - cf-serverd now logs the relevant client IP address on
          each message.
        - Logging contexts to local database (cf_classes.tcdb) has been deprecated.
        - 'usebundle' promisees are logged for all the bundle promises
        - output from 'reports' promises has nothing prefixed except 'R: '
        - a log line with stack path is generated when the promise type evaluated
          changes
    - LMDB (symas.com/mdb) is the default database for local data storage : use
      version 0.9.9 or later. cf-agent --self-diagnostics (-x) is only
implemented for TCDB, not for LMDB
    - port argument in readtcp() and selectservers() may be a
      service name (e.g. "http", "pop3").
    - Enable source file in agent copy_from promises to be a relative path.
        - file "changes" reporting now reports with log level "notice", instead
          of "error".
    - process_results default to AND'ing of set attributes if not specified
     - interface is now canonified in sys.hardware_mac[interface] to align with
      sys.ipv4[interface]
    - cf-promises no longer errors on missing bodies when run without
      --full-check (-c)
    - Linux flavor "SUSE" now correctly spelled with all uppercase in variables
and class names. The "suse" lowercase version is also
      provided for convenience.
    - $(this.promise_filename) and $(..._dirname) variables are now absolute
      paths.
    - including the same file multiple times in 'body control inputs' is
      not an error
    - portnumber in body copy_from now supports service names like "cfengine",
"pop3" etc, check /etc/services for more.
    - The failsafe.cf policy, run on bootstrap and in some other
unusual cases, has been extracted from C code into libpromises/failsafe.cf
    - masterfiles
        - cf_promises_validated is now in JSON format
        - timestamp key is timestamp (sec since unix epoch) of last time validated
        - the masterfiles now come from https://github.com/cfengine/masterfiles
and are not in the core repository
    - cf-serverd calls cf-agent with -Dcfruncommand when executing cf-runagent
      requests
    Mark as removed: promise_notkept_log_include, promise_notkept_log_exclude,
    promise_repaired_log_include, promise_repaired_log_exclude, classes_include,
    classes_exclude, variables_include, variables_exclude attributes from
report_data_select body (syntax is valid but not functional). They have been
replaced by the following attributes: promise_handle_include,
    promise_handle_exclude, metatags_include, metatags_exclude.

    New features:
    - New promise type "users" for managing local user accounts.
    - TLS authentication and fully encrypted network protocol.
Additions specific to the new type of connections:
        - New attribute "allowlegacyconnects" in body server control,
which enables serving policy via non-latest cfengine protocol,
to the given list of hosts. If the option is absent, it
defaults to allow all hosts. To refuse non-TLS connections,
          specify an empty list.
        - New attribute "protocol_version" in body copy_from, and body
common control, which defines the preferred protocol for
outgoing connections.. Allowed values at the moment: "0" or
"undefined", "classic" or "1", "latest" or "2". By leaving the
copy_from option as undefined the common control option is
used, and if both are undefined then classic protocol is used
          by default.
        - The new networking protocol uses TLS for authentication,
after which all dialog is encrypted within the established
TLS session. cf-serverd is still able to speak the legacy
          protocol with old agents.
        - The 'skipverify' option in 'body server control' is
deprecated and only left for compatibility; it does
          nothing
        - cf-serverd does not hang up the connection if some request
fails, so that the client can add more requests.
        - For the connections using the new protocol, all of the
paths in bundle server access_rules now differentiate
between a directory and a file using the trailing
slash. If the path exists then this is auto-detected and
trailing slash appended automatically. You have to append
a trailing slash manually to an inexistent or symbolic
          path (e.g. "/path/to/$(connection.ip)/") to force
          recursive access.
    - New in 'access' promises for 'bundle server access_rules'
        - Attributes "admit_ips", "admit_hostnames", "admit_keys",
          "deny_ips", "deny_hostnames", "deny_keys"
        - "admit_keys" and "deny_keys" add the new functionality
of controlling access according to host identity,
          regardless of the connecting IP.
        - For these new attributes, regular expressions
are not allowed, only CIDR notation for "admit/deny_ips", exact
"SHA=..." strings for "admit/deny_keys", and exact hostnames
(e.g. "cfengine.com") or subdomains (starting with dot,
          e.g. ".cfengine.com") for "admit/deny"_hostnames. Same rules
          apply to 'deny_*' attributes.
        - These new constraints and the paths in access_rules, can contain
          special variables "$(connection.ip)", "$(connection.hostname)",
"$(connection.key)", which are expanded dynamically for every
          received connection.
        - For connections using the new protocol, "admit" and "deny"
constraints in bundle server access_rules are being phased
out, preferred attributes are now "admit_ips", "deny_ips",
          "admit_hostnames", "deny_hostnames", "admit_keys",
          "deny_keys".
        - New "shortcut" attribute in bundle server access_rules used to
          dynamically expand non-absolute request paths.
    - masterfiles
            - standard library split: lib/3.5 (compatibility) and lib/3.6
              (mainline)

    - the CFEngine Standard Library in masterfiles/libraries is now split into
promise-type specific policy files, and lives in a version-specific
directory. This should have no impact on current code, but allows more
granular include of needed stdlib elements

      ';' or lval
    - Make parser output in GCC compatible format the only supported format
      (remove --gcc-brief-format flag)
    - Silence license warnings in Enterprise Free25 installations
    - action_policy => "warn" causes not_kept classes to be set on promise
      needing repair.
    - command line option version (-V) now prints a shorter parsable version
      without graphic
    - implicit execution of server and common bundles taking arguments is
      skipped in cf-serverd.

o Switch to using gtk-mac-bundler and jhbuild for building the OS X installer.
This promises to reduce a lot of the problems we've had with local paths and
dependencies using the py2app and macports build system. [Daniel Miller]

o The Windows installer is now built with NSIS 2.47 which features LoadLibrary
security hardening to prevent DLL hijacking and other unsafe use of temporary
directories. Thanks to Stefan Kanthak for reporting the issue to NSIS and to
us and the many other projects that use it.

o Updated the OpenSSL shipped with our binary builds (Windows, OS X, and RPM)
  to 1.0.2e.

o [Zenmap] [GH-235] Fix several failures to launch Zenmap on OS X. The new
  build process eliminates these errors:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Applications/Zenmap.app/Contents/Resources/etc/pango/pangorc.in'
LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed for the application /Applications/Zenmap.app with error -10810.

o [NSE] [GH-254] Update the TLSSessionRequest probe in ssl-enum-ciphers to
match the one in nmap-service-probes, which was fixed previously to correct a
  length calculation error. [Daniel Miller]

o [NSE] [GH-251] Correct false positives and unexpected behavior in http-*
scripts which used http.identify_404 to determine when a file was not found
on the target. The function was following redirects, which could be an
indication of a soft-404 response. [Tom Sellers]

o [NSE] [GH-241] Fix a false-positive in hnap-info when the target responds
with 200 OK to any request. [Tom Sellers]

o [NSE] [GH-244] Fix an error response in xmlrpc-methods when run against a
non-HTTP service. The expected behavior is no output. [Niklaus Schiess]

o [NSE] Fix SSN validation function in http-grep, reported by Bruce Barnett.

** Packaging Fixes

Foolscap now declares a dependency on "twisted[tls]" instead of just
"twisted": the "[tls]" extra means "we need Twisted and its TLS support".
That's how we ask for Twisted to depend upon service_identity and other
supporting packages. By using "[tls]", we no longer need to manually depend
upon service_identity ourselves. If Twisted switches to some other scheme for
TLS support, this will correctly ask for that to be included. (#249)

Note that we still depend on pyOpenSSL ourselves, because we need its code to
control certificate validation (if Twisted actually moved away from pyOpenSSL
for TLS, Foolscap might break altogether).

The Twisted dependency was updated to >=16.0.0 (the current version), to get
an important HostnameEndpoint fix (#155).

The "flogtool", "flappserver", and "flappclient" executables are now provided
as "entry_points" on all platforms, not just windows. The old bin/* scripts
have been removed. The "flogtool" entrypoint was fixed (a one-character typo
in the setup.py specification): apparently it was always broken on windows
and nobody noticed.

We now use "tox" to run tests, instead of "trial foolscap", although the
latter is still fine when run in a virtualenv into which Foolscap has been
installed (and is what "tox" does under the hood).

This release also moves all source code from "foolscap/" to "src/foolscap/",
which should avoid some confusion as to which code is being tested.
Developers who work from a git checkout should manually "rm -rf foolscap"
after pulling this change, because otherwise the leftover .pyc files are
likely to cause spurious test failures. (#250, #251)

** partial IPv6 support

Foolscap's outbound connections now use HostnameEndpoint, which means that
connection hints which contain DNS names which map to AAAA (and maybe A6)
records should successfully connect to those IPv6 addresses. There is not yet
any support to *listen* on IPv6 ports, so this probably does not enable IPv6
completely. But a client running this release may be able to connect to
server running some future IPv6-capable release and advertising v6-based
hostnames. (#155)

Upstream changes:
0.9995 2016-07-27T09:23:55Z
     - Taught the `add` command not to ignore the `--change` option.
     - The `add` command now emits a usage statement when no change name is
       passed to it.
     - The `add` command now helpfully suggests using the --change option when
attempting to add a change with the same name as a target. Thanks to
       Ivan Nunes for the report!
     - The `tag` command now helpfully suggests using the --tag option when
attempting to add a tag with the same name as a target.
     - Added `--global` as an alias for `--user` to the `config` command. This
alias benefits the muscle memory of Git users.
     - Added a note for Git users to the `sqitch-revert` documentation, to
head off potential confusion with `git revert`. Thanks to Eric
Br矇chemier for the "time travel" analogy and wording.
     - Fixed an "uninitialized value" error when creating a registry database
on Windows. Thanks to Steven C. Buttgereit for the report (Issue #289).
     - Fixed editor selection to prioritize the `core.editor` configuration
variable over the `$EDITOR` environment variable. The `$SQITCH_EDITOR`
environment variable still trumps all. Thanks to Jim Nasby for the pull
       request (#296).
     - Added detection of the `$VISUAL` environment variable to Editor
selection, prioritzed after the `core.editor` configuration variable
and before the `$EDITOR` environment variable. Thanks to Jim Nasby for
       the pull request (#296).
     - Updated the DateTime code to set the locale via `set_locale()` instead
of `set()`, as the latter may actually change the local time
unintentionally, and has been deprecated since DateTime v1.04. Thanks
to Dave Rolsky for the pull request (#304).

0.9994 2016-01-08T19:46:43Z
     - Reduced minimum required MySQL engine from 5.1.0 to 5.0.0. Thanks to
@dgc-wh for testing it (Issue #251).
     - Fixed floating-point rounding issue with SQLite registry versions on
Perls with 16-byte doubles. Thanks to H. Merijn Brand for the report
       and testing.
     - Fixed an error when adding an engine with the `engine` command. Thanks
to Victor Mours for the report and fix!
     - Updated the Oracle engine to support Oracle Wallet connection strings,
where no username or host is in the connection URI. Thanks to Timothy
       Procter for the patch!
     - Improved the installer's selection of the prefix in which to install
`etc` files to better match the `--installdirs` option, which defaults
to the "site" directories. Thanks to @carragom for the pull request
       (#265).
     - Added missing dash to `-engine` in sample calls to `sqitch init` in the
tutorials. Thanks to Andrew Dunstan for the spot (Issue #268).
     - Fixed broken Vertica documentation links.
     - Attempting to revert a database with no associated registry no longer
reports the registry as version 0, but correctly reports that no
registry can be found. Thanks to Arnaldo Piccinelli for the spot (Issue
       #271).
     - Fixed the search for change IDs in engines to match the search for
changes. Specifically, change ID seaerch now properly handles the
offset characters `~` and `^`. This bug mainly affected the `verify`
command, but it's good to address the inconsistency, done mainly by
adding the `find_change_id` and `change_id_offset_from_id` methods to
complement the `find_change` and `change_offset_from_id` methods.
Thanks to Andrew Dunstan for the spot (Issue #272).
     - Fixed the `flips` table example in the MySQL tutorial. It was
inappropriately copied from the PostgreSQL tutorial at some point.
Thanks to Jeff Carpenter for the spot (Issue #254)!

0.9993 2015-08-17T17:55:26Z
     [Bug Fixes]
     - Eliminated test failures due to warnings from DateTime::Locale when
`LC_TIME` is set to C.UTF-8. Thanks to Shantanu Bhadoria for the report
and Dave Rolsky for the workaround.
     - Fixed an error checking the registry version when the local uses a
comma for decimal values. Thanks to Steffen M羹ller for the report
       (Issue #234).
     - Worked around an error setting the MySQL storage engine using versions
of DBI prior to 1.631. Thanks to melon-babak for the report!
     - Fixed an error from the Oracle engine when deploying more than 1000
changes. Thanks to Timothy Procter and Minh Hoang for the report and
       testing the fix.
     - Fixed a bunch of typos in error messages, comments, and documentation.
Thanks to Dmitriy for the pull request!
     - Fixed test failures due to new warnings from File::Path on Perl
       5.23.1.
     - On Firebird, Looking up a change and tag in the database (via the
`--onto` option to `rebase` or the `--to` option to `revert`, among
others) would sometimes return the incorrect change if the change has
been reworked two or more times. Was fixed for the other engines in
       v0.9991.
     - Fixed the `--all` option used to apply a command to all known targets
so that it loads only targets specified by the local configuration.
Otherwise, user and system configuration can get in the way when they
specify engines and targets not used by the current project.
     [Improvements]
     - Added support for the `--set` option when deploying to MySQL. Thanks to
Chris Bandy for figuring out how to do it!
     - Added support for a "reworked directory". By default, reworked change
scripts live in the deploy, revert, and verify directories along with
all the other change scripts. But if that starts to get too messy, or
you simply don't want to see them, add a `reworked_dir` setting to the
core, engine, or target config and reworked scripts will be stored
there, instead. Also supported are `reworked_deploy_dir`,
       `reworked_revert_dir`, and `reworked_verify_dir`.
     - Added the `--dir` option to the `init`, `engine`, and `target`
       commands.
     - Copied the core configuration options (`--engine`, `--target`,
       `--plan-file`, `--registry`, etc.) to the `init`, `engine`, and
`target` commands. This means that they can be specified after the
command, which is a bit more natural. It also means that the
`--registry` and `--client` options of the `target` are no longer
       deprecated.
     - The `init` command on longer writes out commented values for the
       `deploy_dir`, `revert_dir`, or `verify_dir` settings. I think these
settings are not commonly used, and it would start to get crowded if we
also added their "reworked" variants, which will be used still less.
     - Added the `alter` action to the `engine` and `target` commands to set
       engine and target properties.
     - Added support for setting reworked directories to the `engine` and
       `target` commands.
     - Reformatted the output of the `engine` and `target` command `show`
actions to include reworked directories, and to bit a bit less flat.
     - Attempting to add or alter an engine with a target URI that connects to
a different engine now triggers an error. For example, you can't set
the target for engine `pg` to `db:sqlite:`.
     - The `add` and `alter` actions of the `engine` and `target` commands
now create script directories if they don't already exist.
     - The `add` action of the `engine` and `target` commands now creates a
plan file if one does not exist in the specified location for the
       engine or target.
     - Added the `deploy_dir`, `revert_dir`, and `verify_dir` methods to
App::Sqitch::Plan::Change. Each points to the proper directory for the
target depending on whether or not the change has been reworked.
     - In the MySQL engine, the following URI query params will be converted
to options passed to the command-line client, if they're present:
       * mysql_compression=1   => --compress
       * mysql_ssl=1           => --ssl
       * mysql_connect_timeout => --connect_timeout
       * mysql_init_command    => --init-command
       * mysql_socket          => --socket
       * mysql_ssl_client_key  => --ssl-key
       * mysql_ssl_client_cert => --ssl-cert
       * mysql_ssl_ca_file     => --ssl-ca
       * mysql_ssl_ca_path     => --ssl-capath
       * mysql_ssl_cipher      => --ssl-cipher
     [Documentation]
     - Added the "Overworked" section to sqitch-configuration guide with an
example of how to move reworked change scripts into a `reworked_dir`.
     [Deprecations]
     - Deprecated the `set-*` actions in the `engine` and `target` commands in
favor of the new `alter` action.
     - The core `--deployed-dir`, `--revert-dir`, and `--verify-dir` options
are deprecated in favor of the `--dir` option on the `init`, `engine`,
       and `target` command.

0.9992 2015-05-20T23:51:41Z
     - On PostgreSQL, Sqitch now sets the `client_encoding` parameter to
`UTF8` for its own connection to the database. This ensures that data
sent to and from the databse should always be properly encoded and
decoded. Users should still set the proper encodings for change scripts
       as appropriate.
     - Fixed test failures due to path differences on Windows.
     - DateTime::TimeZone is now explicitly required in an attempt to head off
"Cannot determine local time zone" errors.
     - Corrected some typos and thinkos in `sqitchtutorial-oracle`, thanks to
       George Hartzell.
     - Improved the script to upgrade an Oracle registry to v1.0 to support
versions prior to Oracle 12, thanks to Timothy Procter.
     - Added missing closing parenthesis to the "Nothing to deploy" message.
Thanks to George Hartzell for the pull request (Issue #226).
     - Replaced the unique constraint on the `script_hash` column in the
`changes` registry table with a unique constraint on `project` and
`script_hash`. This is to allow a deploy script to be used in more than
one project in a single database. This change increments the registry
version to v1.1. Thanks to Timothy Procter for the report.
     - Updated the registry check constraints to have consistent names on the
engines that support them. This will make it easier to modify the
       constraints in the future.
     - Fixed precision issues with the registry version on MySQL and Firebird.
     - Added comment to sqitch-passwords guide that MySQL::Config is required
to read passwords from the MySQL configuration files. Thanks to
       Sterling Hanenkamp for the patch!

     [Improvements]
     - Reduced minimum required MySQL engine from 5.6.4 to 5.1.0. Versions
prior to 5.6.4 lose the following features:
       * Versions earlier than 5.6.4 is fractional second precision on
registry `DATETIME` columns. Since the ordering of those timestamps
is so important to the functioning of Sqitch, it will sleep in 100 ms
increments between logging changes to the registry until the time has
ticked over to the next second. Naturally, reverts and deploys will
be a little slower on versions of MySQL before 5.6.4, but accurate.
       * Versions earlier than 5.5.0 lose the `checkit()` functions, which
would otherwise be used to emulate CHECK constraints in the registry,
as well as in user-created verify scripts, as recommended in the
         MySQL tutorial, `sqitchtutorial-mysql`.
     - Added a script to update the `DATETIME` columns in a MySQL Sqitch
registry that was upgraded to MySQL 5.6.4 or higher. It will be
       installed as `tools/upgrade-registry-to-mysql-5.6.4.sql` in the
       directory returned by `sqitch --etc`.
     - Added a script to add the `checkit()` function and registry triggers to
emulate CHECK constraints to a MySQL Sqitch registry that was upgraded
to MySQL 5.5.0 or higher. It will be installed as
       `tools/upgrade-registry-to-mysql-5.5.0.sql` in the directory returned
       by `sqitch --etc`.
     - The `init` command now throws an error when the plan file already
exists and is invalid or defined for a different project. Thanks to
Gabriel Potk獺ny for the suggestion (Issue #214).
     - All commands that take target arguments can now specify them as engine
names or plan file paths as well as target names and URIs.
     - Added the `--all` option and the `$command.all` configuration variable
to the `add`, `rework`, `tag`, and `bundle` commands. This option tells
the commands to do their thing for all plans known from the
configuration, not just the default plan.
     - Pass engine, target, or plan file names to the `add`, `rework`, `tag`,
and `bundle` commands` commands to specify specify one or more targets,
engines, and plans to act on.
     - Added the `--change` option to the `add`, `rework`, and `tag` commands
to distinguish the change to be added, reworked, or tagged from
       plan-specifying arguments, if necessary.
     - Added the `--tag` option to the `tag` command to distinguish the tag to
be added from plan-specifying arguments, if necessary.
     - Changed the short variant of the `--conflicts` option to the `add` and
`rework` commands from `-c` to `-x`. The `-c` option is now used as the
short variant for `--change` (and `--conflicts` has almost certainly
       never been used, anyway).
     - Added the `engine` and `project` variables to the execution of script
templates by the `add` command. The default templates now use it to
make their first lines one of:
       * -- Deploy [% project %]:[% change %] to [% engine]
       * -- Revert [% project %]:[% change %] from [% engine]
       * -- Verify [% project %]:[% change %] on [% engine]
     [Bug Fixes]
     - DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32 is now required on Windows.
     - The MySQL engine no longer passes `--skip-pager` on Windows, since
it is not supported there. Thanks to Gabriel Potk獺ny for the report
       (Issue #213).
     - Fixed "no such table: changes" error when upgrading the SQLite
       registry.
     - Fixed upgrade failure on PostgreSQL 8.4. Thanks to Phillip Smith for
       the report!
     - Fixed an error when the `status` command `show_changes` and `show_tags`
configuration variables were set. Thanks to Adrian Klaver for the
       report (Issue #219).
     - Fixed `log` and `plan` usage statements to properly spell `--abbrev`.
Thanks to Adrian Klaver for the report (Issue #220).
     - Fixed the formatting of change notes so that a space precedes the `#`
character whether the note was added by the `--note` option or via an
       editor.
     - Fixed a bug when parsing plan files with DOS/Windows line endings.
Thanks to Timothy Procter for the report (Issue #212).
     - Looking up a change and tag in the database (via the `--onto` option to
`rebase` or the `--to` option to `revert`, among others) would
sometimes return the incorrect change if the change has been reworked
two or more times. Thanks to BryLo for the report!
     [Documentation]
     - Updated docs to be consistent in referring to the location of the system
configuration and template location as `$(prefix)/etc/sqitch`. Also
added notes pointing to the `--etc-dir` to find out exactly what that
resolves to. Suggested by Joseph Anthony Pasquale Holsten (Issue #167).
     [Deprecations]
     - Reverted deprecation of the database connection options. Target URIs
are still generally preferred, but sometimes you want to use a target
but just change the user name or database name. Retaining the options
is the easiest way to do this. Plus, a fair number of people have
scripts that use these options, and it seems petty to break them. Sorry
for the double-take here! The list of un-deprecated options is:
       * `--db-client`
       * `--db-host`
       * `--db-port`
       * `--db-username`
       * `--db-password`
       * `--db-name`

0.999 2015-02-12T19:43:45Z
     - Improved MySQL missing table error detection by relying on error codes
instead of matching a (possibly localized) error string.
     - Made the registry upgrade more transparent when deploying. Sqitch is
now is a little more vigilent in checking for things being out-of-date
       and updating them.
     - Fixed an issue where the `status` command would return an error when
run against a an older version of the registry.
     - Fixed a Postgres test failure when DBD::Pg is installed but psql is not
       in the path.
     - Now require Config::GitLike 1.15 to build on Windows in order to avoid
test failures when Cwd::abs_path dies on non-existant paths.
     - Clarified the behavior of each `deploy` reversion mode with regard to
deploy script vs. verify script failures, and with the expectation that
       deploy scripts are atomic.
     - Target passwords can now be set via a single environment variable,
`$SQITCH_PASSWORD`. Its value will override URI-specified password.
     - Added the sqitch-passwords and sqitch-environment guides.

0.998 2015-01-15T22:17:44Z
     - Fixed a bug in `sqitch engine update-config` where it would add data to
config files that did not previously have them, or report that data was
       present in nonexistent config files.
     - Added the `releases` table to the databases. This table will keep track
of releases of the Sqitch registry schema.
     - The Oracle `registry` variable is now always `DEFINE`d when Oracle
       scripts run.
     - Added the `upgrade` command, which upgrades the schema for the Sqitch
       registry for a target database.
     - Added the `script_hash` column to the `changes` registry table. This
column contains a SHA-1 hash of the deploy script for the change at the
time it was deployed. For existing registries, the upgrade script sets
its value to be the same as the change ID. This value is update the
next time a project is deployed to the database.
     - The error message when `deploy` cannot find the currently-deployed
change ID in the plan now includes more contextual information,
including the change name, associated tags, and the plan file name.
Suggested by Curtis Poe (Issue #205).
     - Comments on Firebird registry objects are now created with the
`COMMENT` command, rather than INSERTs into catalog tables.
     - Added support for "merge" events, though none are logged, yet.

Version 0.14.2
--------------

Released 2017-01-10

- Fix bug where ``FlaskForm`` assumed ``meta`` argument was not ``None`` if it
  was passed. (`#278`_)

.. _#278: pallets-eco/flask-wtf#278

Version 0.14.1
--------------

Released 2017-01-10

- Fix bug where the file validators would incorrectly identify an empty file as
  valid data. (`#276`_, `#277`_)

    - ``FileField`` is no longer deprecated. The data is checked during
processing and only set if it's a valid file.
    - ``has_file`` *is* deprecated; it's now equivalent to ``bool(field.data)``.
    - ``FileRequired`` and ``FileAllowed`` work with both the Flask-WTF and
      WTForms ``FileField`` classes.
    - The ``Optional`` validator now works with ``FileField``.

.. _#276: pallets-eco/flask-wtf#276
.. _#277: pallets-eco/flask-wtf#277

Version 0.14
------------

Released 2017-01-06

- Use itsdangerous to sign CSRF tokens and check expiration instead of doing it
  ourselves. (`#264`_)

    - All tokens are URL safe, removing the ``url_safe`` parameter from
      ``generate_csrf``. (`#206`_)
    - All tokens store a timestamp, which is checked in ``validate_csrf``. The
``time_limit`` parameter of ``generate_csrf`` is removed.

- Remove the ``app`` attribute from ``CsrfProtect``, use ``current_app``.
  (`#264`_)
- ``CsrfProtect`` protects the ``DELETE`` method by default. (`#264`_)
- The same CSRF token is generated for the lifetime of a request. It is exposed
as ``g.csrf_token`` for use during testing. (`#227`_, `#264`_)
- ``CsrfProtect.error_handler`` is deprecated. (`#264`_)

    - Handlers that return a response work in addition to those that raise an
error. The behavior was not clear in previous docs.
    - (`#200`_, `#209`_, `#243`_, `#252`_)

- Use ``Form.Meta`` instead of deprecated ``SecureForm`` for CSRF (and
  everything else). (`#216`_, `#271`_)

    - ``csrf_enabled`` parameter is still recognized but deprecated. All other
attributes and methods from ``SecureForm`` are removed. (`#271`_)

- Provide ``WTF_CSRF_FIELD_NAME`` to configure the name of the CSRF token.
  (`#271`_)
- ``validate_csrf`` raises ``wtforms.ValidationError`` with specific messages
instead of returning ``True`` or ``False``. This breaks anything that was
calling the method directly. (`#239`_, `#271`_)

    - CSRF errors are logged as well as raised. (`#239`_)

- ``CsrfProtect`` is renamed to ``CSRFProtect``. A deprecation warning is issued
when using the old name. ``CsrfError`` is renamed to ``CSRFError`` without
  deprecation. (`#271`_)
- ``FileField`` is deprecated because it no longer provides functionality over
the provided validators. Use ``wtforms.FileField`` directly. (`#272`_)

Version 0.13.1
--------------

Released 2016/10/6

- Deprecation warning for ``Form`` is shown during ``__init__`` instead of immediately when subclassing. (`#262`_)
- Don't use ``pkg_resources`` to get version, for compatibility with GAE. (`#261`_)

.. _`#261`: pallets-eco/flask-wtf#261

Version 0.13
------------

Released 2016/09/29

- ``Form`` is renamed to ``FlaskForm`` in order to avoid name collision with WTForms's base class. Using ``Form`` will show a deprecation warning. (`#250`_)
- ``hidden_tag`` no longer wraps the hidden inputs in a hidden div. This is valid HTML5 and any modern HTML parser will behave correctly. (`#217`_, `#193`_)
- ``flask_wtf.html5`` is deprecated. Import directly from ``wtforms.fields.html5``. (`#251`_)
- ``is_submitted`` is true for ``PATCH`` and ``DELETE`` in addition to ``POST`` and ``PUT``. (`#187`_)
- ``generate_csrf`` takes a ``token_key`` parameter to specify the key stored in the session. (`#206`_)
- ``generate_csrf`` takes a ``url_safe`` parameter to allow the token to be used in URLs. (`#206`_)
- ``form.data`` can be accessed multiple times without raising an exception. (`#248`_)
- File extension with multiple parts (``.tar.gz``) can be used in the ``FileAllowed`` validator. (`#201`_)

v0.8.1 2017/02/22

* This release fixes an issue with I18n.transliterate and Chinese
characters. See #362 for more information.

v0.8.0 2017/01/31

Notable changes

* You can now set I18n.cache_key_digest to determine how cache keys are
calculated. If you were seeing issues where the same value stored in a cache
produced a different key, then this fix will interest you. For more
  information, see #285.

* You can now override translate_format in I18n::Backend classes to customize
how localize will perform. See #347 (comment) for more details.

* You can now interpolate the value of a key inside another key. See #300 for
  more information.

* The exists? method was added to the fallback backend, to match other backend
  implementations - #326

* Added N_ to GetText::Helpers - #121

* Added a :default option for I18n.localize - #251

Bug fixes

* Reverted a commit which made it so that the great documentation for
I18n.translate wasn't made visible through a yard documentation
  generation. - bc926eb

* I18n.MissingTranslation.new can now be called with two arguments. It will no
longer raise a "TypeError: can't dup NilClass" exception - #295

* I18n's Hash#slice method no longer fails if the hash does not have the
  specified key - #289

* I18n::Backend::Metadata will now no longer attempt to set
  @translation_metadata on frozen objects - #305

* Added missing many rule to pl translation rules - #346

* Calling I18n.t(:foo, default: nil) Or I18n.t(:foo, default: false) will now
return nil or false, rather than returning a missing translation exception -
  #144

* Setting I18n.load_path via I18n.load_path= will now reset the
  @@available_locales_set setting. - #348 & #173

* The subclasses of Hash when calling Hash#slice are maintained - #250

* Fixed I18n.interpolate behaviour when it was passed an
  ActiveSupport::SafeBuffer object - #216
