The candapter file looks good but the package name is still called CanTalk please rename the folder and check all other files/folders such as setup.py. And at last, please check if it runs (ros2 run) without any errors.

Nearly there, the install.cfg I think needs to be updated. Then see if the node runs and if so, feel free to merge and delete this branch, thanks.
