Verify that proper queryparams are available for all GET endpoints

@stephenross I intend to work on this but obviously this is a much bigger change - do you have any guidance on how should I approach this from project perspective to maintain consistency? I.E. refactoring on the base class etc.? Any recommendation would be great.

Also FYI, our Mailchimp account doesn't use all the features so I will not be able to test all API endpoints but will try my best to test all the ones that we use.

The easiest way would be to just go from one end of the app to the other and update where you find stuff is missing. As for testing, that is great, it will be good to get some of this stuff tested finally as we haven't done much in the way of testing prior to this outside the small bits you see in the documentation.
