All Project & All Organisations maps in IE8

The all projects map and all organisation maps are blank when viewed in IE8:

Not sure what proportion of our Users are using IE8 and whether this should be addressed or not.

We have a 4% usage of IE8 right now, I will keep an eye on this over the next few weeks since the removal of XP support.

Will also provide here some thoughts on provision of support for IE8

Test Plan

1. Global maps
   GIVEN the global project and organisation maps
   WHEN page is loaded
   THEN a map showing all primary locations of the projects/organisations should be shown
2. Project or organisation page
   GIVEN a project or organisation page (Core and Pages)
   WHEN page is loaded
   THEN a map should be shown on the page showing all locations of the project/organisation
3. RSR Pages project list
   GIVEN the RSR Page main page
   WHEN page is loaded
   THEN a map should be shown of all locations of all projects of the page
4. Widget
   GIVEN the RSR widget page
   WHEN page is loaded
   AND user is logged in
   THEN a map should be shown in the maps widget showing all project locations of the organisation
5. Markers
   GIVEN any map
   WHEN the map is loaded
   THEN projects should have a blue marker
   OR organisations should have a red marker
6. Info windows
   GIVEN any map except the project and organisation page
   WHEN the map is loaded
   THEN multiple info windows for different markers can be opened
   AND an info window does not close when a different marker is clicked
