It would help users if they could see the current version number on the index page of the prototype kit.

This would let:

  • kit developers know that the website had updated successfully
  • kit users know what the latest stable version of the kit was
  • kit users know whether their local kit was up-to-date with the online version

Show the current release version on the index page

We already log this version to the console and include it in a comment
at the bottom of each page. Add the release version above the title on
the index page.

This fixes #121.
