* Still needs some testing, but to give Hamed an idea
* Added citation for the tool * Normalized string formatting * Track errors per sequence, continuing after logging * Fixed args to support problem sequence output file and gave up on trying to give a dynamic list of available tokenizers and just suggested a place to look... most folks will use defaults anyway.
