Yesterday, I successfully updated the create-secret-manager-secret chart (DDO-3315) and bumped the chart to version 0.0.7. Afterwards, broadbot updated the umbrella chart to reference the correct version. This kicked off a GHA where two of the steps failed.
Part of the job includes steps that
Find and replace <CHART-NAME> chartVersion version in integration actionfor each of the other charts under the umbrella chart, but not create-secret-manager-secret. This, in turn, did not kick off a chart version update in jade-data-repo and jade-data-repo-ui.This PR updates the GHA to include the create-secret-manager-secret chart.
