[SM3DW] Adding Texture LOD + Anisotropic Filtering #649

This commit adds:

  • The ability to increase texture sharpness (SM3DW)
  • The ability to modify anisotropic filtering (SM3DW)
  • Adds a missing texture in BotW's "Draw Distance" mod

Tested on both games for several hours and no issues are visible
