Reverting all kafka header commits from 0.21 confluent branch #51

Reverting the following commits

cd0ae85
3dad1fd
7bce5e7
fc43075
5811af4
1bef7e4

This is done to get latest upstream code for kafka header changes. There is deviation in the upstream code that will prevent direct pull from upstream. Plan is to revert and bring commits from upstream in the following steps

  1. revert all commits
  2. cherry pick upstream commits
  3. resolve issues
  4. commit to 0.21
  5. upgrade druid
  6. restart specs

This is the first PR to revert all existing commits.
