feat(ingestion): pull metabase database, schema names from raw query and api

This is a follow up to #5647 to:

• pull the database name from the raw query when possible, see feat(ingestion): allow multiple metabase databases with same platform #5647 (comment)
• pull the schema name from the API when possible; this is not documented in https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/api/database but the default schema can be stored in the API response under [].details.schema

Tested locally with acryl-datahub==0.9.3.2.
