Add remote Windows tests

Examples that would really benefit from having tests:

• ILStrip failed for [..]/Xamarin.iOS10/ru/Xamarin.Forms.Platform.iOS.resources.dll: File '[...]/Xamarin.iOS10/ru/Xamarin.Forms.Platform.iOS.resources.dll' not found #13922.
• Cannot deploy iOS app with notification service extension as of 17.2.0 #15046 (build app with extensions for release)
• Build fails if app references library which contains framework library inside #15289
