#1) * First working iteration of MauiBlazor WinUI startup with inner startup time capturing. Adds themauiblazordesktopscenario. How can we integrate with the__MAUI_Blazor_WebView_OnAfterRender__console "magic string", as we're doing on other platforms?We can probably updatepre.pyto actually write out the__MAUI_Blazor_WebView_OnAfterRender__(this is how we do it for other platforms) (we'll probably have to do something Windows compatible). We'll need to update the collection logic to ensure it only considers the app started once that string is printed to the console.
