Beats fail to start on some systemd systems, it affects at least CentOS 7 (systemd 219), Debian 9 (systemd 232) and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (systemd 229), it doesn't affect Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (systemd 237).
Failure seems to be related to use of environment variables in the new systemd file (see #8942).
