[Upgrade] [Graph] Sample data is not available after upgrading, originating from 5.6 or 6.8 #130838

quick question for this, when is the sample data added in 6.8 or 8.2, just to be sure. could you share to code that you added to test this? would be very helpful, thx! |
The sample data is added in 6.8 and then upgraded, it fails in 7.17 prior to upgrading to 8.2. |

Also path originating from 5.x are showing this problem. |
