Do we want the underline to show up on hover? It looks like that style is still there. LGTM if that's intended. |

That's intended by me. Personally, I like that it gives the same "response" as all of the other tabs get. I don't mind if someone changes it down the line. |
This adds a simple CSS rule to highlight the navigation item to be highlighted as though it's active without adding the underline. The rule is very specific, which plays into the discussion in elastic#7364. As a follow-up to this, we should create a bread crumb element to add that auto-builds these kind of things so that plugin authors do not need to even know the rules in place. This should help to keep all plugins consistent as well as simplify the effort to make it work.

This adds a simple CSS rule to highlight the navigation item to be highlighted as though it's active without adding the underline. This exists for singular tabs only because they are inherently selected / titles rather than really a tab.
The rule is very specific, which plays into the discussion in #7364. As a follow-up to this, we should
create a bread-crumb element (or preferably
breadcrumbelement) and tabs element to add that auto-builds these kind of things so that plugin authors do not need to even know the rules in place. This should help to keep all plugins consistent as well as simplify the effort to make it work.
