Update docs for Flagger v1beta1 API #457

Documentation changes:

split "How it works" into dedicated pages: usage/deployment-strategies, usage/metrics, usage/webhooks, usage/alerting
add metric templates to usage/metrics
add Prometheus and Datadog examples to usage/metrics
add alert providers to usage/alerting
set API version to v1beta1 and rename canaryAnalysis to analysis
replace threshold with thresholdRange
