It can be like this

http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.16/data/annotation/src/contrib/GenomeInfoDbData_1.2.9.tar.gz

In the end, it is a similar issue to #69

One way to fix this is to use uid to store "bioc", "data/annotation" etc.
