Chronograf might require to re-test teams alerts integration after upgrade to a new kapacitor library, influxdata/kapacitor#2571 reverts influxdata/kapacitor#2545 that wanted to help chronograf to avoid workarounds.

TICKscript ChannelURL is now serialized to channel_url , the today's master serialized to channel-url. The same applies to test options.

  1. chronograf now sends both dashed and underscored properties for alert testing
  2. additional tickscript rule property will be send during fixing of Alert Rule test button which triggers all the alert handlers on a rule.  #2620

Anyway, the Teams handler does not allow to test channel URL, it may create problems.
