Rules are not creating when using a rules folder.

Hey,

I'm installing the chart using:

helm upgrade -i \
 elastalert2 elastalert2/elastalert2 \
 -f values.yaml \
 --version v2.23.0

I have a folder rules next to the values.yaml file with one rule yaml file inside the folder.
In the values file, I added enabledRules with the file name.
Both the helm template and helm install commands create an empty elastalert2-rules configmap.

I even tried using --set rootRulesFolder=$(pwd)/rules like suggested here but with no luck.

According to #1244 you cannot use a rules folder outside of the chart, so my advice given in my earlier response, in #1628, is wrong. It appears you will need to copy your rules into the chart's rules/ directory first. This means you will need to unpack the chart archive file to a local folder, or clone this repo and use the chart/ subdirectory as your helm install input. It seems the documentation needs more clarification on this.

Note that the original ElastAlert2 chart did not have the ability to read rules from a directory, instead you had to define all rules in the values.yaml (see the rules: section). This newer local rules directory functionality is a relatively recent feature added by another community member (#1236).
