Added TemplateFactory class
Removed static setup methods from Template
Moved global instances (TagRegistry, FiltersRegistry, FileSystem, etc.) to TemplateFactory
Filters classes must implement IsContextAware interface to receive the current render Context (FiltersProvider class can be extended to automatically have context)
