initialization instead of during every content update of the diagram options. This fixes every diagram being drawn twice, a first time with the server-defined options and a second time with the client options as well. This also allows the server to programmatically override options without being itself overwritten by the client options every time.
requests each image once now and minimizes the sent data from using the entire KImage to only the identifying image data.
klighd: use 'log' as default status handling behavior. This matches the default behavior of the previoulsy used Eclipse UI StatusManager.
