Update .browserslistrc

Hi, shall we exclude some outdated browsers from the list (e.g. IE 10, Android 4.4.4)? The idea is to ship as small transpiled/prefixed code as possible. Also I think we may use last N versions when makes sense to take away the maintenance burden.

A side note. At the time of writing market share of IE 11 is 2.86%, nevertheless we ship big chunk of slow transpiled code loaded with various polyfills for all modern browsers just because of that.
