What type of PR is this?

/kind feature

What this PR does / why we need it:

When dual-stack mode cluster, node has an IPv4 and IPv6 address as InternalIP. (https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/network/validate-dual-stack/#validate-node-addressing)
It works by setting both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in the "--node-ip" option of kubelet.

$ kubelet --help
...
--node-ip string IP address (or comma-separated dual-stack IP addresses) of the node. If unset, kubelet will use the node's default IPv4 address, if any, or its default IPv6 address if it has no IPv4 addresses. You can pass '::' to make it prefer the default IPv6 address rather than the default IPv4 address.

So, I added ip6 host vars.

Special notes for your reviewer:

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?:

Add dual-stack support to kubelet --node-ip parameter, it works if set `ip6` option host vars

Hi @kakkotetsu. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Instructions for interacting with me using PR comments are available here. If you have questions or suggestions related to my behavior, please file an issue against the kubernetes/test-infra repository.
