Tracking and retrieving Linux process id for vim panes

Q: is it possible to apply a command on a given .swp .swo (etc.) vim swap file to obtain pid/pane id for vim across a tmux session? If not, perhaps it'd be viable to set up tracking system towards that end, for window interchange sim. to how Firefox allows 'Go To Tab' in URL bar
