Get:

Click "Try again to download & install" which immediately fails

✔️ Expected Behavior

The updater to work.
The "try again" to update to work, if the update fails.

❌ Actual Behavior

The updater fails.
The "try again" to update fails.

I just tried running the stand-alone 0.59.0 installer to uninstall - that worked - and to then reinstall.
But reinstalling left me with the same issues as above, fixing nothing, I'm sad to say :-(

This was fixed with a hotfix with 0.59.1. https://aka.ms/installpowertoys
