Describe the bug
Setting HorizontalContentAlignment does not work as expected in NavigationView in PaneDisplayMode set to Left

Steps to reproduce the bug
Set HorizontalContentAlignment to stretch on your NavigationViewItem.

Expected behavior
Content gets stretched to the full width of the pane
