Details
Change Bowtie version to resolve bug when running ariba commands. Ariba checks the dependency versions are correct before executing and the latest Bowtie2 version does not report its version correctly.

Testing:
The NGS-MSTB docker image has been rebuilt using the updated Conda recipe and all ariba tests pass.
