Add lib-components to packages and apps with the transpiling on the fly.

By including lib-components in the apps and packages, we got relative imports problems coming from lib-components, it is because the relative import are from the apps perspective. This commit fixes this issue by using the `@lib-components` alias.

We don't need to build lib_components anymore, it is transpile during the apps build. - review dependencies packages about lib_components - 🔥 all build relative dependencies from lib_components - 🔥 rollup.config.mjs from lib_components - adapt CI config and frontend package

Purpose
Improve development process by not having to rebuild our packages after a change.
We will listen our packages from our applications and transpile automatically when a change happen.
