The Editorial Team page allows you to put groups of users together to form Editorial Groups and then display them on your journal site. Control of whether this page is displayed is handled by Journal Settings.

  • Display page
  • Display user profile images
  • Display each group on its own page

Groups

You can add a new group, providing a name and description. By default Janeway sets the sequence of the new group the the next available integer. You can reorder groups by dragging and dropping them.

Group Members

Once you've added a group, you can add users to them by selecting the Group button. Group members are made of up existing users on your journal so you may need to make use of the Add User button located in the Site Users block. Like groups, members can be reordered by dragging and dropping them into the order you want.
