Which section(s) is the issue in?

Any documentation about the operator-sdk usage of the "--cluster-scoped" flag needs to be updated as it's no longer a valid flag.

Remove documentation on using the operator-sdk CLI flag: "--cluster-scoped"

The flag has been removed. However, leave in the documentation about how to change a project from namespaces to/from cluster scoped.
