Our NSE is failing:

class(pkgload:::shim_help(list, package = NULL))
#> [1] "help_files_with_topic"

class(pkgload:::shim_help(list, package = (NULL)))
#> Error in `sym()`:
#> ! Can't convert `NULL` to a symbol.
