v2022.12

Essentially, we documented the majority of the functionality in this library and fixed some spelling mistakes. As for the actual functionality, this is the same as what was used in the 2022 season. Future versions will diverge from this.

v2022.11

This is essentially a clone of the library we wrote during the Rapid React(2022) season.

Things I changed:

• Give it a build system
• Edit doxygen to make it based on this library, rather than the 2022 robot code
• Add some github workflows
• Document a little more

The next releases, until the start of the next season, will be us cleaning up the code, documenting, and shortening constructors because they are way too long.

Additionally, having this release here is nice because it's a fallback just in case we really screw things up while trying to "improve" them.
