fix(remix-cloudflare-pages): fix GetLoadContextFunction type

Due to @mcansh's remark in #5822 (comment), I noticed that the CP adapter's GetLoadContextFunction was wrong

With this PR, we derive context from @cloudflare/workers-types' PagesFunction
