When a user first signs-up, the crossposter is setup with the default visibilities: follow mastodon setting for one's own posts, unlisted for RTs and quotes. However, if the user config is to post only followers-only, we're in fact using a worst privacy than they chose as a default.
If possible, we need to bump the privacy if needed, so that if the user has their visibility set to "private", the RTs and quotes settings also gets bumped to private.
