Posting a public toot with an image, not marked sensitive, should result in the toot text and image being crossposted to twitter with the image displayed in the tweet.
Instead, the tweet includes the text but instead of the image, has a linkback to the toot (which I'm told is the expected behavior when the image is marked as sensitive, or the toot has a content warning.)
