Use https://github.com/smallstep/pkcs7 fork with (selected) patches applied.
The patches are applied to the patches branch. As of now, only the commits from mozilla-services/pkcs7#64 have been applied.
Pain or issue this feature alleviates:
Problems with large SCEP requests failing to be processed correctly.
More generally, this allows us to apply more patches if necessary, since maintenance on github.com/mozilla-services/pkcs7 seems to have stalled (for now).
