The Unknown shuttles are a admin nightmare #27972

What does this mean exactly? |
well, in essence they are a walking rules violation. the three ghost roles that are spawned on the shuttle are not antags and can't take part in antagonistic actions despite being from the syndicate. As stated above, it would be better if they were classed similarly to closet skeletons (minor antag) as then they could do things that harm the station and its crew. |
Or rename them to Syndicate Deserters. Same equipment, same shuttle, but in-universe they're no longer loyal to the Syndicate. Name makes it pretty cut-and-dry. |

Looks like a copy-paste victim so just update the victim rules text then and close it. |
I’m pretty sure that carpotoxin is in the form of sashimi (or some other fish dish that I forgot the name of), so that’s what needs tweaking here if there’s enough carpotoxin in a dish anyone can make to potentially RR someone. |
I do just want to say, the main problems are the syndie and clown shuttles, the others are less of a problem |
There should be a "Special circumstances may change this" to Syndie Disater Victims for clear-cut superiors like Nukies or Head Revs |
Shuttles were overhauled, so I suppose this is fixed |
Description
The amount of Ahelps these events cause is quite frankly insane and could be made better by fixing these few issues
Ill run through the issues quickly
Syndie Evac Pod: they are not antags despite being employed by the syndicate so they can't take any action against the station, and if they do its selfantag.
Cargo shuttle: Can spawn with any crates leading to some ungodly loot the moment they spawn, such as guns and there is even a chance for a free throngler
Chef shuttle: Spawns with carp toxin that could be used to just round remove people if used correctly
CLOWN SHUTTLE: spawns with 3 non-coged ghost role clown spiders, the shuttle also spawns with things like dehydrated space carps
Evac pod: this one is fine tbh
all of the problems with them could be solved if the humans were made antags with the sole objective to survive via evac
and the clown spiders either being replaced OR being coged and renamed to something that would tell the players they are friendly.
on top of other issues such as them not having IDs, now there is an RP argument for it, but they should just come with IDs of their job but with no access or just the PDA at least
